With such a high energy life and stressful job, I find it important to de-stress with massage therapy. The place is pretty small, but I didn't mind; the massage bed was comfortable and the head rest was plush compared to some other spas I've visited. Susan is very good at what she does, and was able to focus on where I hold all of my stress and tension and truly work the knots out! Also, the free water bottle at the end of the session is much appreciated!
