Deceitful... Dishonest... Greedy... Unprofessional... These words and more describe the kind of organization Massage Luxe happens to be. They will force you to give them your credit card for recurring monthly charges whether you are using their services or not. If you stop the monthly charges they keep the money they have been taking from you and will not allow a refund or even allow you to use the money for their services. DO NOT patronize this business. They are crooks!
I have been lied to by every staff member I have spoken to there! They'll mislead you on how much it'll cost until its too late and you're supposed to pay. Each staff member thinks the membership works differently! Even the GM couldn't clarify confusions on using the massages earned when speaking to him. And even worse, they don't do anything to correct their wrongdoings of deception, giving out fake information, and poor customer service! I feel bad for the therapists who work there if this is the staff that's supposed to help them get their clients. DO NOT GO HERE!
