There are some phenomenal therapists here, however I'd like to point out one individual in particular. Tim gave me a massage 2 weeks ago and for the first time in a few years, I have had absolutely no sinus headaches. I have them frequently during the fall and spring due to allergies. Tim worked on my neck and sinuses and I am shocked to say that my sinuses have been much, MUCH better. In fact I have had absolutely no pain since his massage 2 weeks ago. Tim, you're a miracle worker....seriously. If you don't really have any issues and are perhaps just looking for a real, feel good massage, go with Josh. Make sure you specify what you are looking for when you call to book. They gave me a very poor therapist for one of my massages and I walked out of there feeling like nothing had been accomplished. I ask for Tim every time now (or Josh if Tim isn't available). And I'm aware that after writing this review, he'll probably be even more difficult to score a time slot with!!

AMATEUR HOUR AT MASSAGE ENVY. I joined at and went to this location twice. Once it was great but the second time it was merely adequate or worse. I took my husband with me and gave him a massage as a gift. He had very specific issues and needs. He specifically told the therapist that he did not want a "cookie cutter" massage and showed her the areas that needed attention as well as mentioning those that didn't. She completely ignored what he had said or was incapable of fulfilling his specific needs. What he got was a "by the books", beginner level massage that did not touch on ANY of the areas he had requested and was nothing more than a nice gentle body rub that I could have given him for free. Also, they NEVER answer their phones. I have waiting for up to 15 minutes for them to pick up and have finally hung up and called the Edgewater, NJ location instead. Someone needs to hire more help at the front desk. Overall, I would not count this location as a hot spot in the Massage Envy company.

5 minutes on hold waiting to speak to someone to make an appointment. Might not be so bad except the hold music is an outdated ad to buy mothers day gift certificates. I need a massage now more than ever. If they can't take care of this part of the business, I am concerned about other aspects of the service. Pass.

Great initial experience there. Staff was very friendly,made sure i was comfortable. Masseuse was friendly and professional. Asked about specific areas of concern and payed extra attention to thouse places!

I was given this by my daughter as a gift they make you sign in ,be aware when you sign in you are agree to a membership which i was not aware of , and to top it off i was not satisfy first with their service why would i agree to something for 12 month and now they are sending me bills.......
