the first time i came to element, i was in so much pain i couldn't walk. i'd pulled my SI joint so badly, really the only thing i could do comfortably was lie down. after an hour with christina morris, i was on my feet, still tender, but mobile. i came back until i was healed and have been returning ever since for various acute and chronic issues. i've been for many massages, a few facials, a whole lot of acupuncture. the place is always calm, always clean. the people are friendly and courteous, the service is excellent. christina cares a whole lot about her reputation and the success of her business. it shows in the details.

Element contributes as much to my health, physical and emotional, as my physicians. It is wonderfully calm and peaceful and the people who work there are exceptionally skilled and helpful. I have had both massages and acupuncture over the years, and every time they have been truly healing. Feel so lucky to have them in the neighborhood.

This is a healing place. I first went to Element for acupuncture treatment on my lower back, neck and shoulders. I was in lots of pain but after the first session, I felt such relieve and almost all my tensions were gone. I am extremely picky regarding where to go, who's the acupuncturist and who's the massage therapist. You can always depend on Element and its compassionate team of healers.
