I went to the Red & White Spa in Soho yesterday. Anna gave me a facial that was one of the best I've ever had. After the facial I received a Brazilian from Dominika. The quickest & painless ( I mean it!). Both ladies were kind and terrific. Highly recommend them. -Claudia

Worst Experience. This spa overcharged me for a service, the guy that owns the place is a total jerk and not to mention quite creepy. When a business overcharged me for a service lifebooker basically said tough luck there's nothing we are going to do. It was technology assisted theft! No customer service or rights.

After visiting the spa over Valentine's Day I discovered this jewel in Soho. Iwona and Alberto were amazing and their service deserves high marks. I was offered a choice of Champagne, cranberry juice and lemon water at the end of the service. The front desk staff, in this case Nicole and Tamara were very friendly and professional. 5 Stars to this establishment and I recommend it to those who want great service at a fairly affordable price relative to Soho prices. Great experience.

It is beautiful! Everyone is so sweet. As far as politeness it was common even among co workers. I highly recommend it!

I had my first ever facial at the Red and White spa yesterday and I walked out feeling like a new person. The facial experience alone was so wonderful and everyone in the spa was extremely friendly and welcoming. I will definitely be returning to this spa! :)
