Amanda was really welcoming. It was my first time waxing and she was really informative about the whole process. Ghislaine the receptionist was also really nice and informative about the prepaid wax services. I am definitely coming back.

My initial experience was pretty good, there was little to no pain, the staff was friendly and I left feeling very good about the experience... a little to good to be true.. its been about a week since I had my brazilian and now it looks like I have RAZOR BURN all over my area.. the hair thats growing back looks and feels like I shaved.. (which I havnt done for the past 4 years.) I am pretty confused about why, do they not wax properly? I feel like they didn't grab the hair by the roots so I am pretty uncomfortable and pretty unhappy about my result..
