The absolutely worst botox experience I've ever had. I never write reviews but I want to warn people so they don't wind up completely disfigured like I was. I wound up with one eyebrow several cm higher than the other. Some areas ridiculously over botoxed and others badly bruised but not showing any signs of having any botox at all. When I called in distress I was condescended to and of course no offer of getting a refund. I live a six hour drive from the area and am now leaving for a trip looking awful.I basically just threw away $650.00. Their attitude was entirely unsympathetic. Very depressing and now can't afford to get it corrected.
I have visited this place twice, the second time was a second chance. The service I received was under par, each time. Before going, know that you will never see the actual doctor. I will never go back. Oh, and forget about getting any help or questions answered by email.
Dr Martinez and her staff are just wonderful! I have been getting Botox for over 10 years in Dallas, and she is the absolute best at injecting both Botox and fillers. Not to mention all the other great services like Lasers and Microderm. Beautiful ambiance, nice people. Thanks Eden Medispa!
