Got to the spa an hour before my massage and stayed over an hour after my massage to enjoy the facilities. Debbie gave an amazing massage. I have the world's most sensitive feet but she worked miracles. I highly recommend taking advantage of all the facility has to offer.

Do NOT waste your money on this expensive spa, there are much better ones in Las Vegas! Aquae Sulis Spa used to be a wonderful spa, but I just went there again and had a completely different experience. Not only was it filthy, but the service was way below standard. The staff were rude, inattentive and unprofessional. There were towels left out for hours everywhere, the kitchen smelled strongly of rotten fruit and there was garbage piled up the entire time. The floors were dirty and the jacuzzi had clumps of hair floating in it. The (obviously hourly paid) staff made it very clear that they wanted to leave right at closing and began rudely pressuring me and my friend to hurry up, well before they closed. A spa experience should be relaxing and refreshing. Instead, we left there feeling stressed, dirty and rushed. We did not even have time to completely get ready because one of the staff members came in and interupted us for some time to complain about her job and make excuses for not cleaning! The massage was adequate, but not outstanding. To top it off, the steam room was not working and was in a state of disrepair, along with the tiling on the floor in the main pool area. The pool itself looked like it had slime on the bottom...really gross. The spa was completely out of razors and there were hairs in the brushes. What a bad experience... I wish there would have been some redeeming qualities, but I did not find any. Do not bother with this place...I certainly will not be going back!
