Was visiting from out of town and they were able to schedule me for a hair appointment the same day. Staff was friendly and the place was clean. My stylist, Giselle was wonderful. She is a perfectionist and did a wonderful job on my hair. If I did not live so far away, she would be my permanent hair stylist. Perhaps I just need to plan more trips to Vegas.
I haven't had a lot of the spa services done there (massages, facials, etc.), but I know that the hair services are awesome! My hair does NOT hold a curl, so I was surprised when the day after getting my hair put up, the curls were still there with gusto. They were great with getting me in and even accommodated a group of 4 and got us all done on time! I've also gotten my eyebrows waxed there and the girl who did it was really nice. My only trouble with them is when I got my nails done. The woman who did my nails did not make me feel welcome and the minute I walked out, half my nails got trashed. So, I would not recommend them for nail services, but for hair and waxing they were great!
