Straight up lied to my face. Told me i was a perfect canidate during my consultation. After treatments lady told me it won't remove blonde hair but never said anything about not removing redish hair. Over $7,000 later it didn't work. I still have hair almost as much as I did before. And they would not refund me any of my money. Stay away from this place unless you like to get screwed!
