I have been to Kalu multiple times, but only for massages. I've had 2 different Nicole's, and they both delivered an amazing massage. My only issue is with their gift certificates, which is why a 4 instead of a 5 star, and how they expire and can't be honored after that date. I would think that if you get a gift certificate for an actual amount, like $100, instead of an actual service (where service prices could change over time), that there shouldn't be an expiration date and if there is it should be honored after that date. I have a $100 gift certificate and it expired Dec. 2013 and I can't use it now. You would think since you payed $100 cash for it, that it would still be valid to be used as a $100 cash in their store. I wasn't able to use it in the allotted time because I was going through IVF, and then got pregnant with twins. My doctors would not let me get massages during this whole time period. But overall, it's a small place but nice and clean, and the masseurs are amazing!

Love, Love, LOVE coming to Kalu for a little TLC!! Every time I come I am never disappointed....The staff are courteous, professional, and very friendly. The salon is clean and comfortable. I have recievied various services from the salon over the past year and half including massages, manicures, and pedis...All of the staff do a wonderful job and focus on customer service. I always look forward to my next appointment!!!

I have been to Kalu a few times for facials, massages, mani's and pedi's. All experiences have been wonderful! They always have great groupons, but their regular prices aren't that bad... staff is very friendly and the treatment rooms are quiet and very relaxing :) I liked this place a lot!

I have been to Kalu a number of times for their Brazilian Bikini Wax. I was very nervous for my first visit as it was my first time ever having any body waxing done. Kalu's staff is very welcoming and friendly. My technician (Elyse) was extremely understanding and made the experience as comfortable as possible. She first explained the entire procedure and completed it very professionally. The salon is very clean and there is never a long wait. I would definitely recommend Kalu Salon to a friend and will be visiting again!

I received a massage at Kalu for my birthday in April. It was an incredible experience! It was so relaxing and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to relax. Stepping through the doors, you are transported into a very chic spa and forget that the hustle and bustle of Niagara Falls Boulevard is only steps outside your door.
