Very disappointed with every experience I have had at Custom Beaute. Every time I would leave, I was quoted a different price for my services ( the first and third time were the same service)! The second time, I was suppose to receive a $50 microdermabrasion and I was told it was going to be $80 when I went to cash out. The receptionist had called me the day before to confirm my $50 appointment!!!! When I questioned the owner, Sherry Hale, she said that they might of not looked at my records to see that I was pregnant. I was 7 months pregnant and they had it in their files that I was pregnant!!! I gave her place one last shot and returned for a third appointment. At this point I was 9 months pregnant and the owner started to apply a anesthetic gel on my face. When I questioned her and asked if she could use it on my face because I am pregnant, she just said "Oh yea, I forgot." As mentioned before, I was then quoted a different price when I went to cash out for the same service that I had the first time, which took her only half the time to do and it was a spot treatment! I have gone to many different places for a facials, massages and other services. Never, have I ever experienced what I did at Custom Beaute, Save your money and go to a real professional. I will be heading back to Center for Plastic Surgery for my facials! :)

I loved my pedicure with Kyle! I have feet that need special attention...dry, cracked, heels...and Kyle did a fantastic job buffing them down! I can't wait to see her again in 4 weeks.

Sherry Hale is officially a 'MASTER', of permanent makeup.I had my eyebrows done by Sherry .I've never had so many wonderful compliments since,not to mention I don't need to spend that unnecessary time doing my brows daily.Its been over 3 years before I'd allow anyone who performed permanent makeup touch me.Sherry has a special touch,that makes you feel secure and the out come is impeccable .I'm forever grateful!! My eyebrows were very thin and light. I went to Sherry and she did an excellent job. I love them, I get up in the morning and they are all set and ready to go. No more fussing with pencils and brushes. She is very professional and caring. After my eyebrows were healed I went to Audry to have electrolysis so i don't have to pluck anymore. The results so far are great. Thank you so much Custom Beauty for a wonderful experience and for making my morning routine so much easier. I have and will continue to reccomend you and your products.

Audrey Little has been doing my eyebrow electrolysis since I had my eyebrows perfected by tattoo (Also done by Custome Beaute!) My eyebrows were a mess! I can't express how perfect they look now! I love going to see Audrey. She makes me feel so relaxed and comfortable. She is so kind and caring and will spend as much time as she needs to make my eyebrows look perfect! It is working because I have less and less hair each time in the wrong areas. I will be sad when I wont need to go to her anymore! Lynn Thomas
