I've been to this salon several times over the past 2 years or so and I have mixed feelings. 50% of the time I leave the salon happy with my haircut. The other 50% of the time I am exiting in complete tears. NONE of the hairdressers I have had the displeasure of sitting with have given me the hairstyle I wanted, even though I have brought in pictures and told them EXACTLY what I wanted. The only saving grace this establishment has is Lori K. Not once have I sat in her chair and left disappointed. She books up quickly so, more often than not, the receptionists talk me into booking with another hairdresser. BEWARE!
