I went in for a consultation on a Thursday and had the procedure done the following Tuesday. The staff, starting with Carla (who is amazing, very informative and super low pressure) all the way through the nurses and aesthetic staff are all very professional and knowledgeable. I was given clear expectations of what to expect from the procedure, both during and after. They were great in checking up with me anytime I had a question. I felt very little discomfort and I'm very happy. I did what they said post tx and I look awesome. My 10 month post-treatment visit went very well. I arrived at the appointment and the front desk staff knew exactly who I was. Talk about being personable. The appointment was to make sure everything was working properly (which it was). The aesthetician who checked me was very knowledgeable about what was going on with the treated areas of my body and told me what to expect over the next few weeks. I've recommend them to several friends already! No disappointments here. A+

Stunning, first-class medical spa. I was surprised at the consistent professionalism by the staff before, during and even after my procedure. I had the Fraxel Dual on my face and decolletage and I am extremely impressed by the fast results! I waited over 5 years to make the decision to have a cosmetic treatment done because I was intimidated by what I thought would be a hard and expensive process. I went to Dr Greenberg for a consultation first and I was turned off by the coldness of the process and his "take it or leave it" approach. Then I went to another "local yocal" laser place in town. I didn't even make it through the consultation process. I literally walked out because every fiber in my body was telling me that it was not for me. They were investing so much time and energy badmouthing other laser centers. It was a major turnoff. Not to mention, the place lacked any integrity and the incompetent consultant couldn't answer any questions with conviction. Next: I researched and researched and came across Perfect Body Laser. At first, I was bothered by the fact that I live almost an hour away, but all that changed when I realized how great the experiences of the Patients were. I called and made a consultation. They were able to get me in within the week. The place is immaculate, clean, welcoming, state of the art and super specialized to what I wanted. It was exactly what I needed. The questions I asked during the consultation were answered accurately, as I came to find out after I went home after the consultation meeting to research the Fraxel Dual. In fact, in doing research, I realized Perfect Body is well known for "all things laser", holding the most awards (real awards) out of anyone in New York State. They have a huge operation, but somehow made me feel like I was their only customer, making it a very unique and comforting experience. I can say without hesitation that anyone looking for real results by true professionals should consider Perfect Body. They weren't a basement bargain, but they were economically priced and it was worth 5x more, considering the alternative of not getting results or getting my face burned by another provider at a cheaper price. First off let me just say that I had the most amazing experience at Perfect Body Laser! If you're looking to do hair removal, this is totally the place. My first visit from start to finish was nothing short of impeccable. Adrienne, who did my consult was charming and really informative and Lexi, my technician, made everything so comfortable and easy, we actually joked the whole time! Honestly, I barely felt a thing because of this cooling technology they use on the laser. If you have ever been to one of those so called "Laser Salons" you see on some popular discount sites like I had, you know how disappointing the experience turns out to be; you end up in the back room of some sketchy salon where no one would even go to for a haircut, let alone laser, and walk out incredibly disappointed. I know because I've been there, done that. But not here! It is a beautiful establishment with a wonderful staff. I'm soooo happy with my experience at Perfect Body so I wanted to share this with anyone out there looking for somewhere to go and looking for some REAL advice. This place has really earned it's name!!! :)

I am writing this review after doing skin tightening on my face and neck. The people here are great. I am pleased with my results, especially under my eyes and on my jawline. It took a while to see the results but it was worth the wait. Overall I am satisfied.

It's taken me way too long to review this place but I was thinking about them today and the exact thought was, "Perfect Body can just take ALL of my money because they are the truth, the light and the way!" Let me explain. I have been getting facials and doing laser hair removal at a number of different places around Long Island for years now. I've seen some progress but nothing really promising. And all of those visits were from groupon, living social, life booker, gilt you name it, buying cheap packages and once they were up, I never felt compelled to actually go full price and become a regular at any of those places. But then there was Perfect Body Laser and Aesthetics. After my first laser session, I LEGITIMATELY saw results almost immediately. It was mind blowing. Wow, this is what REAL LASERS DO!!! What were they doing different that no other place could? EVERYTHING! I didn't care I just wanted more of it. Halfway through my package I ponied up and started buying other sessions for laser on a different areas and also facials with microdermabrasion add ons. I really came to trust the aestheticians and the results really speak for themselves. Everyone is very professional (shout out to Jess!), the venue is very soothing and the prices are so affordable, especially when you become a Client. Highly recommended. Don't waste your money going elsewhere. I wish I had discovered them years ago. A++++
