Very relaxing atmosphere, comfortable massage tables and massage therapists that are professional and will address your specific aches and pains

My last visit to Hand & Stone was superb! I received a massage from Raven who had just the right touch, she gave special attention to my aches and pains I mentioned to her. Came out of the room feeling normal again. I then had Vicky for the microdermabrasion facial, foot scrub and peppermint scalp massage - did not want to leave! Everyone at Hand & Stone is professional and attentive, can't wait for my next treatment In June. Joining Hand & Stone was the best decision I ever made.

You can't go wrong at Hand & Stone! May and Jarret are two of my favorites-so professional and talented! The decor is relaxing and everyone at the desk is so friendly and inviting. I've considered cancelling my membership a couple of times, just because I don't always find the time each month, but my mind is changed each time I visit there.

I walked into Hot and Stone Massage and felt instantly calm and excited for a great massage. The attendants at the front desk were kind and helpful. However, my masseuse, Jackie, was offputting from the beginning. She had an attitude as soon as she shook my hand to do the massage. She was very forceful with her hands and never seemed to understand that if I was squirming from being so uncomfortable during the massage, that she should lighten her stroke. In the middle of the massage, she broke the ambience of the calm massage by forcefully telling me to "WAIT!" because I turned too quickly for her to massage my back, because she had not yet finished adjusting the head holder. It was offputting and made me feel extremely tense and uncomfortable. I loved the ambience of the massage parlor itself. However, this masseuse made it impossible for me to ever consider visiting again. If you do plan to go, make sure you do NOT have Jackie as your masseuse.
