this is by far the most wonderful place to relax and get WELL! the staff is friendly, knowledgeable and always helpful. the spa like setting lends to it's ambiance and tranquility while you are getting a massage, enjoying a detox foot bath or infrared sauna, getting a colonic, or taking a yoga class. the products sold are 2nd to none! i personally LOVE their organic lavender wash

If you haven’t been to LB Wellness you are missing out. The staff is very inviting and helpful. The owner, Ralph, is very knowledgeable in health and well-being. Long Beach is very lucky to have this wonderful wellness center in its town. I would highly recommend it.

Been coming here for quite a while now I think I have tried almost every service. Loved the benefits of each one. This is a gem of a find. Trust me once you go you will understand why. Plus the staff is so friendly and knowledgeable.

I love LB Wellness! I am so happy to have this relaxing oasis near me, right in the heart of Long beach. From the friendly, professional and very knowledgeable staff to the array of service they provide and the supplements and organic beauty products they carry, LB Wellness has it all! I have enjoyed their hot stone massages, the detox footpaths and nutritional counseling. But my favorite service by far and one that is so important to optimal health is the colon hydrotherapy. At first I was intimidated, but the staff quickly put me at ease. I have multiple sclerosis and deal with a myriad of symptoms, some of which can be quite painful. I also usually walk with a cane and slightly stooped. When I go for the colonics, I walk out a different person! No back and leg pain, I can stand up straight and tall, and best of all NO CANE! I was amazed to learn that your colon is 80% of your immune system. So many diseases can be warded off IMHO, if you add colonics, at LB Wellness to your healthcare regime.
