I signed up for laser treatment at an American Laser Center at the 5th Ave location in the city. It was probably one of the most terrible experiences I've ever had in regards to customer service. I went there 3 or 4x for treatment, and everytime was horrible. I honestly have no idea what convinced me to sign up for another package, but I did! Lucky for me, I quit my job in the city and started working in NJ (I live in NJ). I tried looking for the closest location and there popped up this New City location. From my very first visit, every treatment has been awesome. From customer service (fantastic) to pain level (very low), I seriously can't complain. April is GREAT and Cassey is good, too. I never used to recommend laser treatment to anyone bc I thought it was so painful, and I was barely seeing results; however, after having been to the New City location, I highly recommend this treatment to anyone.
since having foto-facials and skin rejuvenation i look 20 years younger ... i am sooooooo thrilled with the new city office... the staff is awesome and very knowledgeable and answer all of my questions with professionalism. thank you ALC for making me look YOUNG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
