This place is terrible. There service s are decent but their customer service is appalling. I don't know why but they have been nothing but rude and nasty to my mother and I on numerous occasions - i don't know why i have gone back there - never again. Newest issue ( which is why i have finally decided to write a review) I had bought my mother a gift cert for her bday ( $500) and she unfortunately misplaced the actual voucher but had the receipt that came with it that showed nothing was used. They told her sorry we need the actual cert and sent her on her way.. No lets look into this. Unacceptable!

I love going to Z-Spa! I visit as often as I can to get a nice relaxing massage from Diane, the best massage therapist in the Tri-State area. She is professional and courteous and provides amazing massages. Can't wait to go back!

Why do we take time out from our lives and go to a Spa? To relax and be pampered. That is exactly what I got at Zspa for my facial and massage. The prices are not too steep and I come out there feeling happy for being pampered. Life is so worth this luxury and I’m happy Zspa can pamper me. Thank you so much!
