The hottest and best salon in Cleveland! I live over in Rocky River and my best friend recommended this salon to me, i usually hate going to new places, but after I went to Creative salon I will not be going anywhere else. I travel over 50 minutres to get to them but its definatly worth it! Would recommend for anyone!!! They are the Best!

Went to this salon for a mani/pedi. While the salon was clean & the mani / pedi pretty standard, I found the woman I was working with to be very rude / passive aggressive. I usually paint my nails at home going into a salon every now and then, and she made some comments to me such as 'I can tell you don't go into a salon normally, this is very bad' and then when she was doing my fingernails (I bite my nails) she kept making comments about that and saying that 'she did the best that she could, but my nails had no shape' etc. I did my best to smile and laugh off her comments, but I felt very uncomfortable, especially given that there were other people around who were listening to our conversation (if you can call it that!). Afterwards, she gave me a hug and told me to come back...all in all, a very weird experience. I'm not sure whether she was hoping that these rude remarks would drive me to want to come in more often, but I certainly won't be paying to get insulted again!! Unless you get manicures / pedicures done professionally on a regular basis (which I don't have $ to do) I wouldn't recommend going to this place unless your prepared to be treated poorly.

Creative Beauty is a truly fantastic salon where one can get pampered over and over again. Ellen is a fantastic hair stylist. Her hands are made of gold. I always get tons of compliments on my hair. She uses products such as Moroccan Oil which is advertised in InStyle magazine and used by celebrities. I also highly recommend Helen. My face needed help due experiencing skin problems for the past several years. I have had 5 sessions of microdermabrasions with Helen as well as multiple facials and she is truly the best. My skin has never looked better. Its clear and scar free! The microdermabrasion process is so great and easy on your skin that you can get it done during lunch time and immediately go back to work feeling rejuvinated!!!

I found this salon and spa online and decided to try it out. I couldn't be happier with my experience. The space was so beautifully decorated and the staff was so kind and hospitable. I got the works! First a facial with Helen, who was very professional and definitely knew what she was doing, using the best products, including something called Eminence, which smelled wonderful and make my skin feel and look amazing! I even bought some for use at home. Next I got a manicure and pedicure, which was top of the line, with a great selection of nail polish colors. And the massage and hot compress that comes with the pedicure relaxed me like no other spa has ever done. Finally, I got a haircut and color with Ellen, which looks beautiful, and which I get compliments on all the time. Overall, I look and feel great, and am so happy with my experience. For such a small and not well known place, I was so impressed with the quality of service. I recommend Creative Beauty Salon and Spa to everyone!

This Salon is a hidden treasure!!! Helen is by far waxer I've encountered yet. Ladies, I highly suggest you stop by and get a Brazilian is bathing suit season...I will totally be telling all about my wonderful find. The salon was very clean and snacks to boot!!
