I've been a client for many years and there's a reason I keep going back. From the front desk staff who make you feel like you're walking into Cheers (Norm!) to the talented stylists, manicurists and estheticians, the staff and service is outstanding. There's a certain level of expectation for an Aveda Lifestyle Salon and John Roberts exceeds that. I highly recommend Abby for brows, waxing, facials, etc, Jenna & Julie are my faves for nails and Shannon, Bethany and Brynn are all fab with long, thick hair. My boyfriend relies on Erin for his hair so send your male friends her way.

I just went for a Brazilian wax and this was my second time ever having it done. I had the pleasure of having Lisa to do my wax and she was genuinely sweet. She made sure I was well informed and comfortable. This was a far better experience then my first time. Lisa is amazing!!

First few times I went here, it was great; then as time went on, the service became increasingly worse. No hand massages, no special attention, etc; yet the prices kept going up. They have a woman who "used to work for Oprah" who comes around and tries to bully you into buying products. When I explained I had tried a product and didn't like it, she told me I was just using it wrong and treated me like an idiot. I never returned after that. They do okay with haircuts and colorings, but the service just does not match the prices.
