This place is TERRIFIC!!! We went for a couples massage and had the best time. Trisha and Heather were AMAZING! Already scheduled my next massage.

I had my first and my last massage at Tranquility! I received a one hour massage as a gift. It was heaven. The environment is very... um... Tranquil, the staff is very helpful and Robin, the owner, is a gem. Even us guys need the occasional hour of relaxation. I think about the experience all the time and encourage family, friends and our team at Payex to pay them a visit. In fact, I have purchased several gift cards and have heard nothing but positive from those who went. Highly recommend you check them out! P.S. I think sometimes reviewers can be a little harsh and/or they're the type of people that only leave reviews when they're not satisfied. As a business owner myself, the fact that Robin monitors reviews AND responds to same says to me that she is very interested in her client's experience. Koodos.

I've been there a few times over the years. My first time going, I purchased a day at the spa. I came home feeling like a new person. My husband bought me a gift card for Mother's Day during my first pregnancy and I used that one to get a maternity massage. Also a great experience. I had been in tears from the pain for weeks, and the massage left me feeling better for a week. My husband purchased another gift card for me on Mother's Day and on Christmas last year and I haven't used them yet. I am pregnant again and will be going for several massages this time.

I've been here a couple of times and both of my experiences have been great! The owner, Robin, is super friendly and welcoming. Definitely lives up to its name!

I wanted to update my review. Robin (the owner) was so kind to contact me about my experience after my review. She was very professional and offered me to come back to her best masseuse. The lady I had (Shelley) is fantastic!! She was wonderful from beginning to end...from her manners and skill. From this experience, I will definitely come back. I left relaxed and satisfied. Thank you Tranquility. To reply to Patty M... I am glad you have received great service. That is what I hope and wish for everyone. Unfortunately, when I went in August, I was just not given an experienced person. Before a session, I do tell my masseuse what and how I like things. I am not sure why you would say I would make up a review when you were not there to experience what I did that day. I also had another person that I brought to get a massage and he said the same thing about his massage.
