I used to work at one of the big chain fitness centers and had worked with a few personal trainers there as well to try and stay healthy. Since I found Excel Fitness, I would never go back to a corporate gym environment. It's really a family atmosphere here and the trainers really know their stuff. I've since told all of my friends about this place and would recommend them to anyone who's looking for a place to exercise and needs a personal trainer.
