I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THE COVE! I had an appointment there for weeks, 1 hour before I received a call from Lisa saying their sauna broke and she would have to reschedule me. But the ONLY time she could reschedule was during the day, during work hours. I told her that wouldn't work and I was getting married and wanted to schedule the wrap before, she said only if I came in during the day. I HAVE A JOB! She had ABSOLUTELY NO customer service skills and left me having to call Living Social for a refund since I couldn't take off work to fit HER schedule when we had to change the appointment all because of her equipment. You would think she would be flexible since she caused the problem with my first appointment. VERY DISAPPOINTING!

The atmosphere at the spa was very pleasant and the staff is very professional. However, I purchased 5 slimming wraps and after completing all 4 of the 5, have not lost a single pound. I was promised to loose a pound on average after each wrap. I did not loose a single pound or even half a pound after any of the wraps. I was not given any explination or refund. The procudure is a waste of time and money, I shoud have known better.

A-MA-ZING! Thanks to Candace. I was warmly and quickly greeted with a simple form to fill out. Then expeditiously escorted to my new haven. (No wasted time means more for me...or yourself. I don't like when people lollygag on my dime, as I am certain you don't either. I've been forced to wait, losing 20 minutes of a massage, and met with lack luster results..ahem, Brown Bag). After comfortably disrobing Candace performed the best Swedish massage I have had yet. In my case a therapeutic deep tissue massage. If you are searching for an actual worth while massage this spa will exceed your expectations. With regard to Candace she is more than qualified. I came to learn she has and is still currently working for a chiropractor in our area. Thus why she had no problem working out all of my kinks and communicating so well. I will be returning without a second thought.

Today I had a brazilian done and it was my first ever. I was super nervous.... But the staff there made me feel very comfortable. I will be going back in 6 weeks! I would recommend it to everyone!

I had a body wrap today and then went into the sauna...amazing! The spa is very relaxing, super clean, and friendly staff. I lost 9 inches!! Going back to do this again - have to get ready for summer!
