I have been a J.Bentley customer since they opened. I visited the salon initially due to location and have continued because of the quality. I make use of their spa services, i.e. facials & massages, on a monthly basis (VIP Club pricing makes it affordable). I also have benefitted from their hair and nail services. As a prior business quality consultant, I am very critical of all facets of an operation. J. Bentley rates high in all categories – friendliness, capability, longevity and professionalism of staff, cleanliness of facility, supplies and staff, cost vs. benefit, hours of service, promotions, civic support, location and parking. Generally, I do not make public “excellent” reviews for personal reasons– the better the review, the busier the establishment gets and then the more difficult it is to get a short notice appointment. :)

I saw an advertisement on a local deal website (Groupon) and decided to give it a try. I was amazed by knowledge, courtesy and quality of the staff! My appointment was with Ciera: she is wonderful! My hair was dry and damaged when I came in, but when I left, it was smooth, shiny and healthy and I had the tools I needed to prevent future damage. She took the build up off my hair, gave me a sassy cut and helped teach me how to get salon results on my own! My hair looks great and the change is very noticeable! I had a date that evening and he could get over how soft my hair felt. They had reasonable prices on products, hair services and spa services. Love this salon and cannot wait to go back!

Great People Great Place and Great Job. Haircut always good job, eyebrows perfect and pedicure relaxing. They do it all and pleasantly.

I've not had spa services here, so I can't review that end, however, I have had my hair done here several times and haven't been disappointed. My stylist's have always done an excellent job. Kudos to both Stephanie and Rudi for a great job!

i get my gel shellac color at j . bentley and it last for 3 days. they did awful job.
