I really wish I would have followed my gut and not gone to my appointment. Most reviews were not good at all but my husband got me this for my birthday and insisted I give it a try. He knows how picky I am when it comes to my hair so he set the appointment up with Edna so all would go well. All didn't go well. I have cut more hair off my head in my bathroom and my 5 yr old could have styled my hair better then her. Can not believe she is compared to top notch. I was scheduled for a massage, pedi, mani, hair cut and highlight. My nails were not even painted the whole way to the edge, I never got the pedi and when she asked about my highlights and I told her I wanted the synthetic purple I was told " I didn't set enough time aside for that today but we can get you rescheduled for that part". I would not recommend Panache to anyone.

The staff are kind and the front desk girls were so awesome! The front desk is so important! Good job girls! I payed a lot of money for services here and when a mistake was made, the owner made it right! Thank you!

Horrible experience. Edna did not do as I asked. I even made a consult appointment to discuss how I wanted my hair cut, brought a picture and she still was not able. AND had to pay $70 for JUST a hair cut, bad one at that. Highway robbery for a substandard hair cut. I wish she would have told me during the consult appointment she did not have the skill to feather hair.

Though a little pricey, there are some truly God gifted technicians at Panache Spa & the staff makes you feel like you are the most important person they have taken care of at the time you are with them. I have not found that same compassion at any other spa in Erie. I pray the company takes as good care of their amazing practitioners as they are their greatest asset. I have treated several friends to the Panache experience with great praises coming from them also.

I always feel pampered at Panache, even when I'm just there for a trim. From the moment I walk in the door until I leave, everyone is so friendly, inviting, and accommodating. My stylist, Laura Reitinger, is amazing - I love what she does with my color, highlights, and cut. I look forward to the massage chairs while getting my hair washed, which also includes a scalp massage!
