My husband and I had a wonderful experience here today. The staff was very friendly and professional. Not a snobby atmosphere like other places in Newtown. We are looking forward to going back!
I used to be a very loyal customer of this spa. I paid for a monthly membership and frequented it as often as three times a month throughout the summer. I thoroughly enjoyed my massage therapist, the always pleasant front desk, and the convenient location. I have issues with the owner who dodged my phone calls for over a month when I lost jewelry during a massage. I feel bad for anyone who has to work for such an under qualified, ignorant woman. I now understand why there's such a high turnover rate of employees here. Spas are a dime a dozen in this area, and this spa's owner, Kathy, has caused me to take my business to one of its more professional competitors.
