Went here once before, but today I had a not so favorable experience. I'd been waiting about 15 mins and then I was called to go to a station. Another customer who'd come in way after me was also told to sit at a station. Two of her nails had broken off! Anyway, the nail tech proceeded to fix her broken nail while I was waiting in the chair! Not once did she ask if I minded if she made the repair, but just thought that because I turned my head I wouldn't notice.Whats the purpose of signing in if you're taking people before waiting paying customers? That's not right at all! Fair is fair! If a customer comes in after you I assume they are after you have been serviced! This customer did not have an appointment set either. My signature was in the book before hers. Anyway, I got up and left! I can spend my hard earned $ elsewhere at Nancy's on Castor Ave in Philly, my usual spot! This place lost a customer. I will travell for good service. Suburbs aren't always guaranteed to be better. I guess my time was less important that the girl that came in! Its about principle! Never again!

employers are incredibly nice, the store is always clean and they all do an incredible job. never had an one issue or compliant about anything they have done.

The staff is very friendly and welcoming as soon as you enter into her shop.
