I went here to get my hair straightened and I had the worst experience ever. The novice there not only took more than 2 hours to get it "done" but the results wasn't even satisfying in any way. I was surprised to witness how much trouble she was having as I could hear her complaining to her coworkers. The ridiculous part of it all was my hair was just plain short and wavy and not even long and curly! She had another person come in with an appointment with her but because she couldn't even finish the job she started on me she wasn't able to do the next one. I felt very uncomfortable feeling her distress. All in all, just because the place IS cheaper it certainly doesn't mean it's any good because it was a complete waste of my money and time.

I had the worst experience of my LIFE at "Empire beauty School" i went in feeling like I needed to get my hair done to feel better.... I left feeling worst than I did before i came in. I feel ugly! My hair is brittle & course! I have hair dye all down my neck and ears. I feel taken advanage of and like dirt. The teachers did not care that I wasnt satisfied. They mind as well had spit directly in my face.... I would have felt better than I do now... smh NEVER PUT YOUR SELF through the same torture.
