Although the people that work there are really friendly, the product did not work. I found them through a Living Social Deal, and I paid a bunch of money for the first treatment (Botox) and was asked to schedule a second visit for follow up. When I arrived for the second treatment, I expressed that the product did not work and everyone looked at me and said, "Oh yeah it has, I can really see a difference." Then during the second treatment I got a bunch of "free" units but still ended up paying MORE. Over a year later, I tried another facility for Botox to just see if maybe my body doesn't react to it. Sure enough, the other center I used works great and worked the first time. For some reason I feel like they didn't inject the product at Rossi thus it didn't work at all. Not even a little bit. Like I say, nice people but I wasted over $400.00.
I have always had excellent experience is at the center. John is an amazing doctor! I highly suggest if you don't like something about yourself to see him
