I recently just went in January and i absolutely loved my experience!!! Right when i walked in the receptionist was so nice and accommodating until my stylist was ready, i believe i had Alisa do my haircut and let me just say she did exactly what i wanted from the cut to the blowout, so pleased with my cut, you will be seeing me soon! :)

i set up a small group of 3 for a little spa day, the receptionist gave me a call back with all the info, what services we could get in the time frame i gave her and was great becuase i was super last minute thanks for making it work! My girlfriends and i enjoyed ourselves very much, will definitely return again.!

I always get compliments about how good my hair and hair color looks!! Even on a bad hair day! My hair is so easy to maintain now that I go to Ambiance!!!

I have been a loyal customer of Ambiance since 1999 before their move into Springfield. The owner, Imelda, has been styling and coloring my hair ever since. She is more than competent, she is extremely talented and professional. Through our time spent together she has become more than my hair stylist, she's a friend. She is able to replicate any given photo to match my desired look. She runs a fair business and understands the importance of pleasing the customer. Through many conversations I have learned that she received her degree in Hawaii, giving her an edge above most Delaware County stylists. Her warm and luxurious salon is by far the best I have ever been too. Compared to most you would find in Philly or L.A. You want class and comfort ... you must give Ambiance a shot.

I was very under whelmed by my experience at this spa. I made appointments for a party of three. No one called to confirm the appointments, which was a problem since there was a mistake with our schedule. The staff made no efforts to correct the situation. The facility was clean and intimate, however, the massage and the facial rooms were too brightly lit. Also, a lot of traffic can be heard from Baltimore Pike.
