I have had good experiences here in the past, but this year (2014), they never have openings when I call and they have been fairly rude and uncooperative about trying to redeem my Groupons there. This is the third Groupon this year that I have not been able to redeem before it expired, so I give up.
I couldn't even get a call back to get an appointment. This salon sold groupons for a 60-minute massage, but only one woman does massages and she wouldn't return my call. I tried 3 times to get in touch with someone to set an appointment and didn't even get the courtesy of a return phone call. On my last call, I asked to speak to a manager and was told to go to Groupon and get my money back. I certainly will.....and I will never be using this salon or recommending it to anyone!
I was very unimpressed. I booked my entire wedding party for updos and they cancelled my practice run 3 different times. I had to constantly be res rescheduled with different stylistic and every one of them was rude and unreliable. I ended up going some where else to have my hair done. They also over charged for the brideamaids and flower girls updos. They spiral curled my flower girls hair and charged me $40. I could have and should have done it myself because the curls fell out shortly after we left the salon. Over all really horrible to deal with and will not recommend them to anyone.
Wasn’t even acknowledged when I walked in or when I stood at the counter for 5 minutes with products in my hands. There was one stylist working on a Saturday at noon, now I can see why. The only thing good about this salon is the masseuse.
