Kim is excellent. She always does a fantastic job on my hair (cut, highlight) and does not force me to engage in useless chatter (a pet peeve of mine). Overall, the atmosphere is welcoming and enjoyable.

I booked a thirty minute massage and a hair appointment. The massage was great! The massage therapist, Melissa Collins, read the questionnaire I filled out prior to the start of the session and actually worked accordingly. I had indicated that I prefer medium pressure, which she kept beautifully consistant! I told her that I needed work in my shoulders, neck and upper back, which she focussed on exclusively because we had such a short time. Despite the 30 min restriction, it never felt rushed. I left the session feeling really relaxed with all the knots worked out my shoulders and neck. I would definitely ask for her again. After my massage, I had a hair appointment with Michelle Davey. I wanted my hair to go blonde (from auburn and brown) and I wanted it cut short. Previous stylists never agreed to cut my hair short or even do the style I requested, always wanting to give me "soft layers". Michelle listened to what I wanted, looked at the pictures I brought with me and got to work. At the end of it I had hair the exact shade I had been looking for and a cut I absolutely LOVED. Two days later, I am still loving it! I would have no problem recommending this Salon and Day Spa to anyone looking for a lovely day of pampering or simply a stylist that actually listens to what the client wants.

I always have MJ do my cut and color and she does an amazing job. I have very thick hair and she always gives me a cut that relieves some of the weight of my hair and is very easy to style at home. She has been my only stylist for about a year now and I couldn't be happier!

I see Michelle at the raintree every 6 to 8 weeks to have my hair, cut, colored and my eyebrows waxed. She does an awesome job! I always love my hair and she has great product recommendations. My hair is thin and she always works it to make it look fuller. My hair always looks great and grows out well. The receptionists are always very sweet and very helpful. I look forward to going every visit!

DO NOT LET JENNIFER TOUCH YOUR HAIR! I went in with a picture of what I wanted, and I left in tears. CHUNKS of my hair were falling out before I even left. I first called up there and told them what I needed done. I had dark hair and wanted to go brown with blonde highlights in the front. The receptionist told me they would put me with Jennifer, their "blonde girl." When I got there, I asked Jennifer if she could do it, and she said yes. Instead of going brown with blonde in the front, like i asked.. she put my entire head of hair in foils. I thought maybe she was going to lighten it then add a brown. I was wrong. I asked her to fix it because it was obviously not what i wanted, and it looked quite bizzar. She then added a brown to the back and blonde to the front, and put me under the dryers again. While i was under the dryer, she continued to do an entire color on another ladies hair. I was under the dryer the entire time, over 20 minutes...for the second trip to the dryer!! When all was said and done, she told me she was sure I wouldnt like the color. I had asked for huney blonde highlights and the entire front of my hair was white! I told her i just wanted to go to the restroom, and when I did, I couldnt believe what i saw. My hair lookes like plastic and was literally falling out in my hands. I've since had a ginger treatment, another treatment at another salon, and 2 at home treatments, and my hair is still screwed. It will take a year to fix what Jennifer did to me.
