Feeling good and looking fabulous! My husband and I are renewing our vows in Hawaii this June. We've been married for 30 years and I want him to look at me the way he did when we first got married. I started preparing for this trip several months ago. Regular visits to Dr. Cook have put me in my prime. I have had Botox, Coolsculpting Fat Removal and 3 Hair Removal Treatments (my fourth treatment this month) over the span of about 5 months. Sounds like a lot but I really wanted to wow my husband and let me tell you it was worth every penny! I'm loving the results. I no longer have those frown line wrinkles on my forehead, the Coolsculpting has really complimented my love handles and I am so ready to lay out by the beach without having embarrassing razor burn/ unwanted hair. I mean who wants to worry about shaving when you're on vacation in Hawaii? Problem solved- hair removal. Dr. Cook has really helped me accomplish my goal of looking great for Hawaii, my husband and myself. She is an excellent doctor who can relate and help you achieve your goals, cosmetically speaking. I'd advise anyone looking to get any cosmetic procedures done to go see Dr. Cook, you'll love the results!

I started going to Dr. Cook's office after a couple of friends told me about her. I was considering Botox and Juvederm so I did some research and learned that she is the most experienced doctor in the panhandle region for these procedures. In addition her staff is very professional, confidential and friendly! I've had many procedures over the years and still use her awesome line of skin care products. People are always telling me how great my skin looks!

The office staff is very friendly and courteous. The office is very clean and free of clutter. I rarely come in contact with other patients making everything more comfortable and confidential. Dr Cook takes time to sit down with you and discuss what is bothering you and helps you come up with a plan that's best for you. I feel like an individual rather than just another patient.

Very rude and unfriendly staff!!!! Receptionist especially needs to understand that her job requires people skills. She seemed annoyed that I came early to fill out paperwork, when that was done to help keep doctor on schedule. Doctor and staff defensive when asked questions. This service is not a necessity; patients save their hard-earned money for cosmetic procedures. There is a feeling of "we don't need you" throughout this "clinic." Result was average; definitely NOT worth the cost. Amarillo needs competitive cosmetic dermatology. This place will suffer when more competition arrives. I am shocked by the reviews that describe staff as friendly. I suspect they have been planted (anyone can put a review on here) or family/friends of staff members.

I haven't met Dr. Cook, personally, but I am so grateful that she took care of my Mother after she had a botched face lift by a surgeon in Lubbock. I watched my Mother go thru the pain of being disfigured and the depression of the hopelessness of feeling like would never be able to go out in public again. She was openly stared at by people who were shocked. She looked like a severe burn victim. But Dr. Cook brought her back- for the first time since 2008 my Mother has scar-free face. She treated Mom's scarring and did what needed to be done. She gave my Mom her life back. Thank You, Dr. Cook! Regarding the negative reviews- I find it quite suspicious that the reviews leading up to Oct. 2010 were all good reviews. Could this possibly be the work of a sabatour?? If it is- then SHAME ON YOU!!
