I struggled getting back to the gym for weeks after dislocating my shoulder. It didn't seem to matter how long I let my shoulder and arm rest, they tightness and pain never really subsisted. I visited with Randi about the issue and she suggested letting her work on it to see if there was any relief. I can't believe the difference it made in just one session. After about two weeks, the tension was gone, the burning sensations were less and I was able to go back to the gym and start working out again. I look forward to continuing my visits and am so thankful for Randi and her extensive knowledge that she has shared.

Tree of Life Massage & Wellness is great! Randi has taken my neck/shoulder issue and really improved it. I tried Physical Therapy and Chiropractors . . . nothing worked until I found Randi. She is very professional and knowledgeable and really works on the muscles (all the layers of muscles) to get to the root of the problem.
