I visited the Salon for a much-needed haircut. I had previously had a bad cut (I have curly/wavy hair) and waited over 9 months to get another. Shea did an amazing job with my hair! She gave me exactly what I asked for. I enjoyed her company and would definitely visit again.

I really enjoy the spa services at this salon. I personally see Melissa and she is great! I go once a week and she is very kind and always fits me in. It's also conveniently located right in downtown Carrollton which is great! Very reasonable pricing as well!

Listen to the bad reviews! I decided to give them a try as someone at work said they were okay and not like the reviews. They were wrong! I get massages all the time and had a certificate for $100 to use and as these guys were close to my house and had immediate openings, I decided to give them a try. Trust your gut and the BAD reviews DO NOT GO HERE! I called to say I would be running 15 minutes late. They said that was fine and they would see us when we got there. When my husband and I got there for our couples massage, we were rushed into the room and received terrible massages by rough handed workers (eyes literally rolled when I said I needed to use the restroom first). My husband's shoulder is still hurting! After our 20 minutes were up, they ushered us out to pay $120 for our massages. When I asked if that was the customary amount of time, they said that it is normally a 50 minute massage and that it was cut short because we were late (they did not even massage up to the time we were originally supposed to go to) . When I said that I felt that they should have told us that it would be cut short and that we would have rescheduled, they said that they needed a 48 hour notice to reschedule and that they would have charged us full price, even though no one was waiting. Oh, let me also mention that as I lay on the table getting my beat down, I heard another client yelling in the foyer about how she was short changed on time with her massage as well. I will NEVER darken this dank place again and I would caution you to side step this establishment as well. When you are in a service industry, the client is always right and you do what you can to please them. Also, they must be publishing their own good reviews because when I went to post this review today, they had a 4.9 star review and that is far different than what they had 2-3 weeks ago when I looked online at the reviews. It only takes time to create new google accounts to make your establishment "look" better to the cyber world.

I took a bridal party and had a few surprise attendees. Although they have a beautiful and intimate environment they were creative in squeezing the additional ladies into the schedule. They were never short or frazzled. Just beautifully accomodating. The value was unbeatable and the deep tissue massage and signature facials are the best we've ever had.

Jessica was amazing! She's was very professional and attentive to my needs. I plan on returning often!
