Memberships are a sham. I was not able to get into get a massage so I cancelled earlier in the year since I already had 4 I had not used. Then later when I was able to use them, they said I had to sign up again to be able to use the 4 I had already paid for. THAT IS TOTAL BS. What a sham of a business practice, not giving someone what they have paid for. Don't do business with cheats. Agree with confusing contract language, it is to take your money.

Erin and Derek are both great, haven't had a bad experience since I've been going and everyone's very nice and professional.
