I was happy with the services I received but will not go back due to misinformation. I was told that if I received both filler and Dysport, I would receive 2 rebates. I made the appointment, received the service but later received a note that I did not qualify for 1 rebate. When I received my return call from Doris, I was told, "you were misinformed - Sorry". I am sorry too because that misinformation cost me $100.00. I won't go back due to poor attitude from management when customers are misinformed by employees.
Love this salon! I walk into the salon feeling blah about my hair and always walk out feeling so pretty! I don't know anything about the other stylists, but Doris is great. I've always been treated so well that I won't go anywhere else....
Mayra was so awesome. I felt very comfortable with her and she's super talented. She didn't try to 'sell' things to me, but was able to offer awesome advice about products and other services.
They had my appointment time wrong, I had a gift certificate for package, nails, massage, I was treated like a person trying to use food stamps. Service was awful, pushing for tips, alcohol and smell of cigars and cigarettes reeking into my hair and clothes. I've been to much better places, these people don't know what they are doing. I will not go back and feel bad about my Christmas gift from my family being an awful experience.
If your looking for a great atmosphere, first class service you need to check out this new great salon in the Flower Mound/Highland Village area. They do a great job!
