I have to say that I have been to this Spa twice now. The first time was good, the second time was terrible. The massage was nothing more than someone just touching you. He didn't seem to want to even do that. I told the person at the front desk before I left about my experience and she said she would speak with the manager and let me know what she could do. I didn't receive a call the next day so I decided to call them. I was told that the manager would call me back. She did call back and told me there wasn't much she was willing to do since the massage rates are already low. I inquired about getting my next massage from a different masseur complimentary, she said that would not be possible but she would give me a add on to my next massage (add on cost is 5 dollars). I'm not sure that I will be back to this facility.
Absolutly amazing experience, the urban getaway package was totally worth it. I bought 4 family members massage packages for Christmas and j know they will enjoy it
