Ok, I am a guy... A Naval Officer and I love the finer things in life! Including manicures and pedicures... I have never received the treatment I received at Bay Bliss!!! Kudos to the entire staff, Stephanie was able to fit me in at a time that was convenient for me and on the same day I called! Maria was great and did a great job! I have never experienced the paraffin wax treatment for the tootsies and paddies (My grandma used to call my feet tootsies and my hands were paddies) was included in the price and the price was more than reasonable! Awful experience trying to schedule an appointment for a party. Serious miscommunication and an all around mess. Was really excited about using this company and completely miserable with how things turned out. Unfortunately we'll have to go somewhere else. Note to everyone scheduling large groups - you have to jump through hoops to get an appointment in their book.
