I love this place. Jasmine makes an uncomfortable experience painless not to mention her bubbly personality. They also have reasonable prices.

I went there for my brazilian waxes with tiffany and she was awesome!! my problem with this place is that they find any and every reason they can to charge you an extra fee and they change their pricing without notifying you until the end of your service.The red head woman at the front desk is extremely impersonable and rude...I wouldn't recommend going there unless you are ready to have random fees thrown at you and get charged up your a**

So, where do I start? This place is amazing. Their customer service... AMAZING! I have been going here for close to have a year now, and I couldn't be happier. They have a super easy reservation system, they have the cutest, most high tech way of paying for your services (gone are the huge, clunky registers, THANK GOD!). It's a cute little artsy boutique in an old, artsy building. I can definitely appreciate it. Jazmine is AWESOME! She makes the whole process less painful and very comfortable. I also heard rave reviews about the lady, Nikki, that owns the place. Def book! It's worth the money. Don't be cheap with your private parts, ladies!

I went to Nicki for my first wax ever 2 yrs ago and i've been a devoted client ever since. She makes you feel very relaxed and at ease. She makes getting a Brazilian as painless as possible. Her space is clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. I usually park at a meter and have never had a problem finding a spot. I highly recommend Smooth.

Smooth is great. I am a first timer, and Tiffany was very professional and made sure I felt comfortable the entire time. The facility is very nice and clean. I will definitely be back to visit.
