The girls there are a bunch of inconsiderate bitches. After waiting 4 hrs for a partial sew in I tried to describe to the stylist the look I was going for. She was very very very rude, jerked my head around and was snappy with me. If I didnt have somewhere to be I would have punched her in the face. The atmosphere is very unwelcoming and on top of it all...I wouldnt be as pissed off if the bitch did a good job on my hair. Spent over 150 on some nice hair to be installed and it looks like shit...waste of time money and patience here.

I went there on the weekend before Labor Day of this year. I called 3 weeks prior to me going to set up an appointment. Called before going also. I got there signed in, I was the only person waiting. I ended up waiting for 3 hours, because other people came, and somehow went before I did as walkins. I assumed it was because at the time my hair was natural negroid hair about 2 in long. After waiting the three hours I finally got my hair braided. While braiding kept telling g the lady she was braiding way too tight, which didnt change anything. She did a spiral braid. No leave out. The braids were unbelievably tight. I had to walk down to the Food Lion to get some pain relieve medication. I also bought a spray from the beauty supply store next to the shop to help looses up the braids. It didn't help. I waited around for another hour before anyone attempted to sew my hair in. The hair looked nice overall. While I was getting the hair sewn in I could employees saying my hair look horrible. The texture wasn't pleasing to them I guess. Virgin Brazillian Afro Curly. My stylist wet it and everyone shut up. Anyway, the braid were just way too tight. $95 down the drain, took the hair out the very next day, I couldn't cope. Washed it. Found a big bald spot in the middle of my head from the spiral. It was tender for a week. Horrible experience I hated it. Will never go back and I wouldnt recommend anyone to go here.

I've been twice and both times I was completely satisfied!!! Tracy and Trina were both amazing stylist. I received dozens of compliments. Thanks ladies! You're the best!
