Christine is an EXTREMELY talented massage therapist. Go to her and you will not be disappointed. She knew exactly what I needed. Hands down best massage I've ever received. This spa may not be the fanciest, but that is why I like it. Their prices are not overblown, nor are their egos. Unpretentious, affordable, high quality service. Also, very accommodating management.

I have been going to Ambiance for several years. I have enjoyed all the services that I have had done. I feel every time I walk through the doors that I am welcome and am special to the entire staff. I feel that each person has a great knowledge about the service they provide and is willing to go out of their way to help you feel comfortable. If anyone would like to do something special for some one else please think about a day at the Spa or maybe just take yourself.

Listen, I have been to the nicest spas all over the country and on other continents--this is not a nice spa. It is dingy--HOWEVER, I had the best massage and facial I've EVER HAD! I wish the family who owns it would just put some $ into it and get other more professional people to manage it. But the services were stellar--I was in Virginia Beach on vaca and figured I couldn't lose as the price was right. I got a 60 min facial and 90 min massage for $165. That's ridiculously cheap! Worth it. Despite having to put on a dingy robe between services and no top on the toilet tank or no music in the 'sitting room'. I felt amazing when I left. It's not glamorous, but wow.

I just want to warn people about going here. If you have never been before, then skip it and go somewhere else. I get my hair cut here and LOVE my stylist and so I feel stuck staying. But I dislike the fact that I am supporting this establishment. I agree that the manager is extremely unprofessional. She usually ignores me when I walk in until she feels like addressing me and then acts sweet as sugar. She's a fake. She ignores me when I am standing right in front of her trying to pay also, which is kind of astounding when you think about it. I am tempted to walk out most times I am there. If you do go and leave a tip, give it straight to the service person, NOT to her. I've heard things about tips getting "lost". I don't think the manager treats her staff well. All I can hope is that my stylist decides to go elsewhere and then I will too.

Loved my experience with Ambiance!!!!! I went for a whole spa day and everything was great! They were really friendly and I felt so relaxed when I was done. They knew my name, offered me coffee, and I didn't have to wait in between services. I even got a discount for booking my next appointment! I would recommend them to anyone.
