My experience was wonderful. Casey came to my home, measured my pool, and discussed in detail my options for a replacement liner. In my research, when I discovered poor reviews he provided me with contacts who had recently had work performed to discuss their experience and to get their personal reviews. East Coast Leisure was not only the most economical value for my pool replacement liner but the most responsive to any questions and concerns. I will certainly use them for my future pool needs.
I have been dealing with ECL for years and Sept.2010 my old pool I purchased from there had a blow out, ok winter, I deal with it later. I starting calling different companies in June 2011, to replace it, then I called ECL again. Spoke to Todd regarding what happened to cause the blow out and I needed a new pool. I went to the VB office even though the Chesapeake branch was closer; they hooked me up with a FANTASTIC deal, since this was the 2nd pool. It was installed on July 29, and then the hurricane, I had to hire a pool guy to come out and clean it and cover it for the winter, ran maybe 2 weeks. The pool was opened on May 7th and June 13th it was giving me problems, loud noise and I called ECL and spoke to Ryan(he sold me the 2nd pool) told him the problem, yea he told me about the warrantee problem, and I told him I understood but the motor should last more than 30 days,he agreed. Well he did the right thing and now I have a new motor, just hooked it up and runs great...Nice people to deal with, will defiantly be a long time customer and recommend ECL to anyone..
The worst customer service to date I think I have EVER received from any business. After opening my pool last year all of the plumbing from my pump to filter was cross threaded causing leaks through out. After repairing it myself I brushed it off as a fluke and decided to give them a second chance this year figuring they would take extra precaution because of my issues last year. Boy was I wrong, not only was all of the fittings cross threaded and leaking bad again when I asked them if they could come out and repair it, was told because my system was old there was nothing they could do but replace my pipes and if I wanted to be cheap I could by my own PVC pipes from Lowes or Home Depot and fix it myself. I own my own business and work 7 days a week myself which is why I paid THEM to come out and open it to begin with, but after turning away work for my own business finally had a day available to repair it myself, with just un-doing the pipe fittings and leveling my pump with a shim the pipes fit together perfectly with no leaks at all. I usually try to give a comapny chance to fix an issue before posting any sort of negatives reviews, but to date they are not returning my calls and when I call them they put me on hold as soon as I give my name and leave me on eternal hold. I paid near $300 for them to open my pool and the only thing they did was take the cover off, everything else I have had to re-do...... So be for warned, East Coast Leisure isn't qualified to open or maintain a pool and their customer service is by far the worst I have ever had.....
