I have had nothing but great things to say about Premier Laser Spa of VB. The staff is always very friendly. The atmosphere is nice, the chairs in the lobby are comfortable and coffee is available in numerous varieties. The patient rooms are large and inviting. The patient tables are very comfortable. I have had laser treatments at numerous other places, and this is the best laser by far. It is larger than the others, so it covers more area at one time. It is practically painless and does not require gels to work. The aestheticians are careful to make sure you are doing ok during the entire process. I would recommend this spa over the others I have been to in the past.

Great experience. You definitely want to get a price from Premier Laser Spa if you are considering laser hair removal. Their prices beat anyone in the area. Their staff is great. including their consultants, technicians and office staff. They are truly care that you are happy with your results.

I would not recommend at all. Customer service sucks...Once you pay full price(which is $ 2000-4000. ) it is hard to make an follow up appointment. Of note, before I started this, they clearly said that hours are very flexiable... not really... if you are not a new customer who about to pay "arms and legs" cost, they don't even answer the phone. I hope people make a choice after through research... Whoever works there in front desk name by " Asheley" ... So she is so rude... talk about customer over the back.. so unprofessional!!!

I have been going to Premier Laser Spa since May and have since purchased an additional package. From the moment I walked in for my consult I have felt like a valued client. All of the staff, from the front desk to the treatment rooms, are knowledgeable and welcoming. The treatments I have had (some in very tender areas) have been completely painless. The monthly specials they have are often too good for me to refuse. I have highly recommended Premier Laser Spa of VB to all of my friends, and anyone else who would listen.

Overall, I must say I'm incredibly impressed with the professionalism of Premier Laser Spa-VB!! The receptionist is super friendly and goes out of her way to try to accomodate my appointment time preferences. In addition, the laser technicians have all been extremely professional and do what they can to make clients feel at ease. The treatments themselves are definitely working, and while they can be somewhat uncomfortable, as time progresses with each treatment I have noticed a decrease in the discomfort. Apparently that is because there is less hair each time for the laser to pick up! I would recommend them to anyone considering laser hair removal!!
