I cannot relate to what others have said. This place is fabulous. I have had both facials and massages here. The staff and customer service are exceptional and every massage I have had has been terrific. I will continue to go here as long as I am stationed in Kitsap County.

I called Monday to talk about facials and pricing. I was told they had an appointment on Wednesday. After talking it over I decided to book it since I heard it's hard to get an appointment. So u went in today and had my facial. It was amazing. I am a hair stylist and I have been in a car wreck so my neck, arms hands and shoulders get stiff. Megan, I believe that was her name, did an awesome job for the hand and arm massage. Really loosened me up making me feel better. Going in my neck was bothering me, leaving it feels a hundred percent better. She was excellent and very knowledgeable and informative telling me everything she was using and why. I am seriously considering the membership. I really recommend massage envy.

My experience at massage envy spa in silverdale has always been pleasant! The front desk is extremely helpful and friendly and the massage therapists are all extremely talented. The clinic offers a warm, relaxing atmosphere in which everyone feels welcomed. I would recommend Massage Envy Spa to anyone who is looking for the spa experience at an affordable price.

When going into massage envy i was very nervous because i had never had a massage before. I had heard good reviews from friends who had gone there before so i figured id give it a try. When i walked in everyone was really friendly and gave me a neck wrap that had really helped me to start to relax. before i started my massage they showed me around the clinic and i noticed there was a couples room so that was exciting knowing that i can bring my husband next time. My massage was with Rachel and i practically fell asleep i was so relaxed and she knew exactly what i needed without me having to tell her. After my massage the girl up front explained to me that they had a membership which makes it way cheaper. I decided to sign up and im glad i did because rachel was amazing and i look forward to going back!

I went to Massage Envy not too long ago when my parents came to visit. My Dad and I got massages, and my mom got a facial. We had such a great time (and you cannot beat their first-time intro price)!! The entire experience was so relaxing and from the moment we walked in until the moment we left, everyone was so friendly and professional. I have worked in customer service before, and these guys have it down! The services themselves were excellent as well - my therapist was incredibly knowledgable and I felt AMAZING after my massage. My mom really enjoyed her facial too - it was her first time getting a facial, so she was a little hesitant, but she absolutely loved it. After hearing that it included a mini neck, arm, and hand massage, I was a little jealous that I hadn't gone for the facial myself! I'll definitely be back to try it out!
