Wow when I come to tranquility spa I feel amazing. The owner is so kind and works so hard to make everything perfect. I have never felt so comfortable as I do here. The whole staff Is amazing and of course that comes from the top down. I have had a facial, massages, and of course the amazing and beautiful nail art. I cant say enough great things about this spa. They are amazing and great people and appreciate the awesome customer service. Great job tranquility spa you are a class act. Thank you for treating your customers like rock stars.

The owner of this place was terrible! I called and requested 80 minute massages and 120 minute tranquility duo mani/pedi. It was short notice but there were 5 of us needing stress relief after the death of our family member yesterday. When I called I explained what we wanted. She called me back and said yes they could accomodate all of us. She did NOT tell me that we should plan on sitting around for hours between services and plan on spending at least 10 hours here! She was the only one doing anyone's nails and they only had one massage person. When it became clear that they couldn't do more than one of us at a time, she just started shortening the service! The first person to have a massage found out that they simply shortened the massages to one hour, but didn't bother telling any of us. Absolutely poor customer service!
