MASSIVELY DISAPPOINTED! Made a group booking for 6 ladies 2 months in advance, visited the spa prior, plus made follow-up calls all to confirm booking, only to arrive 18th December and be turned away with a "we have no record of your booking" with no apology at all, and a suggestion that I bring back the group of 6 ladies (many of whom had to organise baby-sitters etc) another time. I was shocked and disgusted by the lack of professionalism and by the fact that no responsibility was taken by the owner who simply blamed her receptionist with a shrug of her shoulders. Find it appalling that a business in the service industry can offer such pathetic service - I will certainly NOT be recommending this establishment. What was meant to be a special birthday celebration, ruined.
Lindsay and her team of miracle workers at Rouge Day Spa is a place of relaxation heaven on earth. Was treated to an aromatheraphy full body massage on Saturday. Every ache and pain in my body has been replaced with pure bliss, feeeling rejuvenated right now
Most friendly staff I've ever had the pleasure of chatting to - have yet to pop in myself but cannot WAIT to visit personally - thank you to #TeamRouge for spoiling my loved ones :)
