Worst customer service ever. The staff are so rude they make you feel unwelcome. I had so many unanswered questions and was told I would have someone contact me. However, after following up with them over 6 times I gave up and just cancelled my membership. I'm not one to write reviews but I thought it was necessary to share my experience. Appalling!
Terrible customer service. A very rude receptionist made me feel totally unwelcome. A couple of the male representatives didn't show up to appointments they made with me. Although I went there with the intention of joining, they did not take me seriously.
Their facilities are not that great either. Pretty average really.
Won't go back, I suggest you look elsewhere.
Hidden cancellation fees and woeful customer service that seems to stem from head office.
