We booked a Coxy's mates rates night at the hotel we were very disapointed even before we got there, first with the state of the graveled entrance road, then the dusty graveled carpark, then the distance of the carpark from the entry, the diabled carpark is a good 50 meters from the entrance all on a loose graveled driveway. The lobby looked good, checkin was fine, we had a heritage ?? room which was very small we don't know what was heritage about it ,the step up into the tiolet/shower was dangerous, one small chair, no were to sit and relax, no view, not value for money even at Coxy's mates rates

I organised a surprise weekend for my mother's birthday through Cedric who was absolutely flawless in his handling of my needs and concerns. He was extremely friendly, professional and even offered to provide me with his own personal mobile number so that I could contact him with regards to my mother's arrival, so that her surprise arrival could be properly catered for. Thank you to much Cedric + staff at the Werribee mansion I honestly could not recommend you or your facilities highly enough.

The hotel is in need of a renovation, not worth what we paid at all. We regret staying there and the overall experience was very disappointing, first they couldn’t find our booking as it was entered into the system wrong. The room was very small and old furniture, the bed head was scratched along with the desk along the window. The shower was dirty and the room smelt like it was dusty and hadn’t been aired in some time. We tried to make a dinner reservation prior to checking in and was told no by one person then yes by another after calling a second time, the menu didn’t offer many options. We ordered our starters and there was a hair in my scallops, which ruined my experience straight away. The restaurant manager Helen was great about it and very apologetic but we felt like there was no-where else to go, we felt like driving home at this stage but we had a glass of wine at dinner so we weren’t able to leave. We couldn’t get home quick enough the next morning, instead of coming home refreshed and relaxed we were disappointed and annoyed we paid for a hotel that was falsely advertised.

My partner and I went to Werribee Park Mansion Hotel and Spa for his birthday and we were both blown away by our stay. We stayed in the suite (King bed + spa bath) and the room was immaculate! The was bed very comfortable and the room very modern. the bath was amazing and well worth the upgrade. We ordered room service as the restaurant didn't cater to our taste in food (we're more steak and chips type people) and the burgers delivered to our room were delicious. We spent a lot of time in the pool, spa and sauna and exploring the beautiful grounds. The service was great and breakfast was unbeatable. We will definitely be back again!
