Awesome! The woman I presume to be the owner is lovely, very punctual and accommodating of appointment times, and greeted me with a genuine smile when I walked in. Kayla who did my nails is delightful, knows what she's doing and really takes the time and care to do a good job, and has incredible attention to detail. AND - all that when I was a promo voucher customer. A lot of places treat you like crap if you walk in with a voucher, but here I felt welcome and just as valued as any other customer.
